What does this fault code mean?
The climate control module has noticed that the damper motor for right temperature does not reach the desired position. The fault is internal and can give the cabin an uneven temperature, or make the temperature hard to control from the right side.
Possible causes
- Fault inside the damper motor module (DMM) for right temperature
What you can do
- 1Check that the climate control fuses are intact and that the battery is charged
- 2Change the right-side temperature several times and check whether the air changes
- 3Clear the code and test drive the car to see whether the fault returns
- 4If you have a diagnostic tool: read the right temperature flap position in live data and see whether it follows the set temperature
- 5If the fault returns, have a workshop check the damper motor and replace and calibrate it if needed
