What does this fault code mean?
The climate control module has found an fault inside the damper motor module (DMM) for left temperature. The flap bounces when it reaches its end position and does not go to the position the module requests, which can make the temperature uneven.

- Fault inside the damper motor module (DMM) for left temperature
What you can do
- 1Check that the climate control fuses are intact
- 2Change the left-side temperature and listen for whether the flap bounces when it reaches its position
- 3Clear the code and test drive the car to see whether the bounce returns
- 4If you have a diagnostic tool: follow the left temperature flap position in live data when you change the temperature. The flap should travel smoothly to its end position
- 5If the bounce remains, have a workshop replace the damper motor for left temperature and calibrate it
