What does this fault code mean?
The air distribution damper motor has a fault according to the climate control module (CCM). The fault lies in the motor or its control module, and the temperature difference between the sides may then become too large. The component is probably the cause if the fault remains.

- Internal fault in the air distribution damper motor
- Internal fault in the control module for the air distribution damper motor
- Incorrect calibration after loss of power
What you can do
- 1Read and clear the code, then road test the car to see whether it returns
- 2Check that the connector to the damper motor is secure and not corroded
- 3Compare the temperature on the left and right sides; if the difference is large, have a workshop calibrate the climate control module
- 4If the fault returns after calibration, have a workshop replace the air distribution damper motor
