CCM-B108754 - LIN Bus A. System Programming Failures. Missing calibration
System
Climate Control Module (CCM)
Volvo models this fault code applies to
Applies to the following models:
9 modelsS60 (2011–), S80 (2007–), V40 (2013–), V40 Cross Country (2013–), V60 (2011–), V60 Cross Country (2015–), V70 (2008–), XC60 (2009–), XC70 (2008–)
What does this fault code mean?
The climate control module (CCM) has not been calibrated after a repair, a software update or the replacement of a component. Without calibration, frozen values may show incorrect readings. The fault means the calibration is not complete, not necessarily that a component is broken.
Possible causes
- Calibration not performed
What you can do
- 1After replacing a damper motor, it must be identified before calibration, so have a workshop do that
- 2Have a workshop carry out the calibration with diagnostic equipment, with the car at normal room temperature
- 3Clear the code and road test the car to see whether it returns
- 4Check that the temperature and air distribution controls respond as expected
- 5If the code returns after calibration, fault-trace the code that is shown
Symptoms you may notice5
- Airflow does not work as it should
- Temperature control is uneven
- Front seat heating does not operate
- Temperature control or air conditioning does not work
- Rear seat does not heat, or gets too hot
