What does this fault code mean?
The climate control module (CCM) gets no reply from the inside rear-view mirror (IEC), which sends the status of its built-in functions. The fault is caused by a wrong mirror variant being installed, or by the mirror not being connected. The mirror adjustment may then stop working.

- Wrong variant of mirror installed
- The mirror is not connected
What you can do
- 1Check that the mirror connector is properly connected
- 2Check with a multimeter that voltage is present at the mirror connector when the ignition is on
- 3Clear the code and road test the car to see whether it returns
- 4If the fault remains, have a workshop check the mirror variant with diagnostic equipment
