What does this fault code mean?
The climate control module (CCM) checks the keypad and has found that the signal from one button is constantly low. This means a button is stuck or has been held down. It concerns every button apart from the swappable optional-function buttons.
Possible causes
- A button has been pressed down for over two minutes
What you can do
- 1Check that no button is stuck or pressed in, and press each button once
- 2Check the fuses for the climate system
- 3Clear the code and road test the car to see whether it returns
- 4If you have a diagnostic tool, read the button status in live data while you press them; a button that always shows the same value may be faulty
- 5If a button cannot be released, have a workshop replace the keypad
