What does this fault code mean?
The climate control module (CCM) has a configuration that does not match the vehicle configuration in the central electronic module (CEM). The code points to a module taken from a different vehicle, and the climate system may then not work as it should.

- A module taken from a different vehicle is installed
What you can do
- 1Has the climate control module recently been replaced? If so, check that it comes from the right car and model
- 2Clear the code and road test the car to see whether it returns
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool, read the fault codes in the central electronic module (CEM) and note which ones are stored
- 4Have a workshop load the correct software into the climate control module, or replace it if it does not suit the car
