Possible causes
- Open circuit in the position lamp relay circuit
What you can do
- 1Check that the relay is correctly fitted and that its contacts are clean and tight
- 2Check the relay connections for chafing, loose contacts or corrosion, especially if the electrical system has recently been worked on
- 3Use a multimeter to check that the wire from the relay to the lamps is not broken
- 4If the fault returns, have a workshop check the relay and the circuit, since intermittent faults can be hard to find
Symptoms you may notice1
