What does this fault code mean?

The code concerns a communication fault on LIN bus 14, where the central module has registered a serious disturbance. The wires on the bus may have either a short circuit or a break. The driver notices none of the fault.

Short circuit between the LIN wires
Open circuit in one of the LIN wires
