What does this fault code mean?
The central module receives no communication from the combustion preheater module (CPM), so the parking heater does not work. The cause may be a damaged fuse, a short circuit or break in the signal wire, or a fault in another control module on the network.
Possible causes
- Short circuit between the signal wires
- Open circuit in one of the signal wires
- Damaged fuse
- Fault in another control module on the network
What you can do
- 1Check that the fuse for the parking heater is intact, using the owner's manual
- 2Follow the signal wire to the parking heater for breaks. With a multimeter, check that it has no contact with ground
- 3If the wire is intact, have a workshop replace the combustion preheater module (CPM)
