What does this fault code mean?
The code indicates an internal fault in the combustion preheater module, and the heater is locked out until the code is cleared. The fault may be temporary, for example caused by interference at start-up, or it may be lasting. If it keeps coming back, the module needs replacing.

What you can do
- 1Clear the code and check whether the heater can be started
- 2If you have a diagnostic tool, read the code again after switching the ignition off and on; if it is still there, the fault is lasting
- 3If the fault returns, have a workshop replace the CPM
