What does this fault code mean?
On the V40 the CPM has logged an airbag deployment. The code is an event-controlled information code and does not mean that the module itself is faulty. The heater cannot be activated until the fault code has been cleared.

- An airbag has deployed
What you can do
- 1Safety: after an airbag has deployed, a workshop must check the supplemental restraint system; do not work on it yourself
- 2Has the car been in a crash? Tell the workshop so they can look at the right things
- 3After the workshop has checked the system, the code can be cleared and the heater restarted
