What does this fault code mean?
Hall sensor 15 in the convertible roof has not reached the expected value within a certain time, which may make the roof move slowly or not at all. If the fault code CRM-C032 is already stored, this code is not shown. The fault may be caused by a damaged or displaced hall sensor, or by a mechanical part preventing the roof from moving.

- Damaged hall sensor
- Hall sensor 15 that has moved out of position
- Mechanical part preventing the roof from moving
What you can do
- 1With the ignition off, check that hall sensor 15 is firmly fixed in position and that its connector is clean and not loose.
- 2Look at hall sensor 15 for wear and damage. Check that the part of the roof the sensor reads has not shifted.
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool: hold an iron object near hall sensor 15 and see whether the value changes in live data.
- 4If the sensor is in order but the roof still does not move, have a workshop try replacing hall sensor 15.
