What does this fault code mean?
Position sensor 2 in the rear roof section has not reached the expected value within a certain time. The roof may then move slowly or not at all. Which value is expected depends on the direction the roof is moving in. The cause may be a damaged or displaced sensor, or a mechanical part preventing the roof from moving.

- Damaged position sensor
- Position sensor 2 that has moved out of position
- Mechanical part preventing the roof from moving
What you can do
- 1With the ignition off, check that position sensor 2 is firmly fixed and that its connector has no looseness or oxidation.
- 2Examine position sensor 2 for wear and damage, and check that the part of the roof the sensor reads has not shifted.
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool: run the roof back and forth and check that the position sensor value changes in live data.
- 4If no fault is visible, have a workshop try replacing position sensor 2 and then calibrate the roof.
