What does this fault code mean?
The DC/DC converter control module has found an internal fault in its RAM memory, and the fault code is set when the module runs its memory check. The fault means the high voltage battery does not charge and forces hybrid mode. The fault is inside the control module itself.
Possible causes
- The control module has an internal memory fault
What you can do
- 1Switch the ignition off, wait a moment, switch it on again, then see whether the fault code returns
- 2If the fault remains, a workshop should replace the DC/DC converter control module (DCDC)
- 3As DCDC is part of the high voltage system, it may only be replaced or worked on by trained staff in a workshop
Symptoms you may notice3
