What does this fault code mean?
The driver's door switch for the right rear electric window has been registered as pressed for too long. The switch may have stuck in the pressed position or be damaged, and the rear right window then does not work electrically.
Possible causes
- Switch stuck in the pressed position
- Damaged window switch
What you can do
- 1Press the switch in the driver's door a few times and check that it returns fully when released
- 2Test the right rear window from another switch, if there is one, to see whether the fault is in the driver's door switch
- 3Clear the code with your own tool and see whether it returns; if the switch is damaged it will need replacing, which a workshop can do
- 4Check the window fuse in the car's fuse box
