What does this fault code mean?
The control for the door mirrors has been registered as active in one position for too long, because the control has stuck in that position. The door mirror adjustment then does not work.
Possible causes
- Mirror control stuck in one position
What you can do
- 1Move the control in every direction and check that it returns to its resting position
- 2Try adjusting each door mirror in turn to see whether the fault only affects one of them
- 3Clear the code with your own tool and see whether it returns; if the fault is permanent, the control panel will need replacing, which a workshop can do
- 4Check the door mirror fuse in the car's fuse box
