What does this fault code mean?
The driver's door control module reports that the up and down signals for the left rear window are active together. The switch has stuck in two positions, and the left rear window then does not work electrically.
Possible causes
- Switch stuck in two positions
What you can do
- 1Check that the switch for the left rear window in the driver's door returns to rest in both directions
- 2Test whether the window can be opened and closed from another switch, if one is fitted, to see where the fault lies
- 3Clear the code with your own tool and see whether it returns; if the fault is permanent, the control module must be replaced, which a workshop should do
- 4Check the window fuse in the car's fuse box
