What does this fault code mean?
Two opposite signals, up and down for the right rear window, are active at the same time from the driver's control. The switch has stuck in two positions, so the right rear window does not work electrically.
Possible causes
- Control switch for the right rear window stuck in two positions
What you can do
- 1Check whether anything prevents the driver's control for the right rear window from returning, and press it in both directions
- 2Clear the code with your own tool and see whether it returns after the window has been used again
- 3If the fault is permanent, the control module needs replacing, which a workshop should do as it must then be programmed
- 4Check the window fuse in the car's fuse box
