What does this fault code mean?
The driver's door control module has registered too high a signal from the control for the passenger window. The control, which sits on the driver's door, is stuck in the active position, so the passenger-side window does not work electrically.
Possible causes
- Passenger window control on the driver's door stuck in the active position
What you can do
- 1Press the passenger window control on the driver's door a few times and check that it returns to rest
- 2Test the passenger window from the passenger's own switch, if fitted, to see whether the fault is in the driver's control
- 3Clear the code with your own tool and see whether it returns; if the fault is permanent, the control module needs replacing, which a workshop should do
- 4Look at the window fuse in the car's fuse box
