What does this fault code mean?
The mirror control has been registered as active for too long, because the mirror motor button has stuck in one position. The door mirror then cannot be adjusted.
Possible causes
- Mirror motor button stuck in one position
What you can do
- 1Move the mirrors to their end positions in every direction and note which directions work
- 2Press the button a few times and check that it returns to rest
- 3Clear the code with your own tool and see whether it returns; if the fault is permanent, a workshop may need to replace the control panel
- 4Check the mirror fuse in the car's fuse box
