What does this fault code mean?
The control module in the driver's side rear door powers the lock motor for the blocked lock position through a relay, and the door module receives the relay status. The fault is stored when the voltage is too low or too high, or when the relay has jammed. It suggests the rear door control module itself is damaged.

- The relay has jammed
What you can do
- 1Clear the fault code and test the locks with the button to see if the code comes back
- 2Check the wiring harness in the rear door for chafing and crush damage, and use a multimeter to confirm it has no contact with ground or voltage
- 3Check that the physical lock in the rear door can be locked and unlocked by hand without sticking
- 4If the fault remains, have a workshop replace the control module in the rear door
