What does this fault code mean?
The rear door control module powers the window lift in the rear door. The fault is stored when internal components do not work, and the electric window in the rear door then does not work. The cause is an internal fault in the window motor.
Possible causes
- Internal fault in the window motor
What you can do
- 1Read out and note the fault code, clear it, then raise and lower the window with the switch to see if the fault returns
- 2Check that the glass moves freely in the door and that nothing is in its way
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool, activate the rear door window lift and listen for the motor to run
- 4If the fault remains, have a workshop check the window motor in the rear door
