What does this fault code mean?
The control module registers that the relay for the window motor, up, is active when it should be inactive. The relay has jammed in the active position, so the rear door power window does not work as intended.
Possible causes
- The relay has jammed in the active position
What you can do
- 1Read out and note the fault code, clear it, then raise and lower the window with the switch to see if the fault returns
- 2Check that nothing in the door is blocking the glass
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool, check whether the up relay shows as active when the switch is released
- 4If the fault remains, have a workshop check the relay and the control module in the rear door
