What does this fault code mean?
The control module registers that the relay for the window motor, down, is inactive when it should be active. The relay has jammed in the inactive position, so the rear door power window does not work.
Possible causes
- The relay has jammed in the inactive position
What you can do
- 1Read out and note the fault code, clear it, then lower the window with the switch to see if the fault returns
- 2Check that the window mechanism in the door is not stiff or meeting resistance
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool, activate the window down function and listen for the motor to run
- 4If the fault remains, have a workshop check the relay and the control module in the rear door
