What does this fault code mean?
The control module in the right front door has lost the position of the right front window, so automatic operation of the right front window does not work. The cause may be an initialization that was never done, a voltage drop while the window lift was used, or a break in the power supply to the control module.
Possible causes
- Initialization has not been carried out
- Position lost after a voltage drop while the window lift was activated
- Power supply to the control module is broken
What you can do
- 1Clear the fault code and check with the switch that automatic operation of the right front window works
- 2Move the right front window to its upper limit by hand and start an initialization
- 3After initialization, test the automatic operation and check that the fault does not return
- 4If the fault returns, check the battery and fuses, since a voltage drop may have caused the position to be lost
- 5If the power supply to the control module is broken, have a workshop trace it
