What does this fault code mean?
The rear door module feeds the window lift in the rear door through a relay. The fault is stored when the relay for raising the window is active although it should be off, which is caused by the relay being stuck. The window may then behave incorrectly.
Possible causes
- The relay is stuck in the active position
What you can do
- 1Check that the fuses are intact
- 2Read and clear the code, and check whether it returns
- 3Test the rear door window up and down with the switch and check whether it moves when nobody is operating it
- 4If the fault remains, have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the relay and the rear door module and fix the fault

- The window lift does not work, works only partly or works incorrectly
