What does this fault code mean?
The driver door module communicates over LIN bus 2 with the module for the camera on the left side and the module for the camera on the right side of the car. The fault is stored when the signal from either camera is incorrect, and then the cause lies in the sending unit.
Possible causes
- The cause lies in the sending module, that is the camera on the left or the right side
What you can do
- 1Read the fault codes in the driver door module and in the camera modules, then clear them
- 2Check that the fuses are intact
- 3Check that the connectors at the cameras are secure and not corroded
- 4Inspect the wire between the driver door and the cameras for visible damage
- 5If the fault remains, have a workshop with diagnostic equipment determine which camera sends the faulty signal and repair it
