What does this fault code mean?
The control module knows a fault exists in the intake air temperature sensor but cannot pinpoint which fault it is. This code works as a collective code, and the cause is found among the other fault codes for the same sensor.

- A fault that cannot be specified; the cause is shown by the other fault codes for the same sensor
What you can do
- 1Have a workshop read the fault codes in the engine control module and start with the more specific codes for the air temperature sensor
- 2If you have a diagnostic tool, read the fault codes in the engine control module and deal with the nearest underlying code first
