What does this fault code mean?
The engine control module (ECM) lacks the optimizing parameters for the injectors, which must match the injector class. It is a configuration fault: the parameters need to be entered into the control module.
Possible causes
- Optimizing parameters are not programmed
What you can do
- 1Have a workshop program in the optimizing parameters that match the injector class
- 2If the injectors or the engine control module have been replaced, have the workshop check afterwards that the programming matches
- 3Clear the code after programming and see whether it returns
Symptoms you may notice1
- No noticeable symptoms for the driver
