What does this fault code mean?
This code is event-controlled and is a secondary code: it is always set together with another code for the boost pressure sensor. It is meant as information and clears itself when the conditions no longer apply.
Possible causes
- The root fault is another code for the boost pressure sensor, for example poor contact or a damaged sensor
What you can do
- 1First deal with the other boost pressure sensor code, since that is the root fault
- 2Once the root fault has been fixed, this code can be cleared
Symptoms you may notice1
- No noticeable symptoms for the driver
General guidance for car owners. Diagnosis on the car can point to a different cause.
