What does this fault code mean?

The ECM checks the circuits to the injectors and stores the code when the signal to the injector for cylinder 4 is too low. The code is general and does not say what type of fault it is. It applies to cylinder 4 only.

Signal wire short-circuited to ground
Damaged injector
Contact resistance and oxidation in the connections
Open circuit in the signal wire

3With the ignition off and the connector disconnected, use a multimeter to check that the cylinder 4 injector signal wire has no open circuit or short to ground
