What does this fault code mean?
This code is event-based. Although it is named cylinder 4, it applies to the front lambda sensor on bank 2, which has become too slow to be used for individual cylinder lambda control. The cause is given as mechanical in the engine. Individual cylinder lambda control is switched off while the fault is present.
