What you can do

- 2Check that the fuses are intact, especially the fuse for the glow plug relay.
- 3With the ignition off, check that the connectors at the glow plug relay and the glow plugs are secure and free from oxidation.
- 4Use a multimeter to check that the wire from the glow plug relay to the glow plugs has no open circuit.
- 5Check that the wires to the glow plug relay have no chafing or pinch damage.
- 6If the fault returns, have a workshop check the glow plug relay and the glow plugs.
