What does this fault code mean?
This code concerns ignition timing control during a cold start. If the timing cannot be controlled as planned, the catalytic converter warms up too slowly. The fault always has another cause in the system and can also affect idle. The code never occurs alone, so diagnosis starts with the other codes.

- 1The code never occurs alone, so read the fault codes in the engine control module and diagnose the other codes first
- 2If the idle control code is also present, follow its troubleshooting, as idle is most likely affected
