What does this fault code mean?
The fault code concerns a signal that the control module judges to be invalid. The engine control module's own control systems have registered a temporary problem in the injector control, which causes the fault code to be set. Fuel supply may be shut off while the fault is active.
Possible causes
- Communication problems
- Signal interference
- System voltage too low
- Damaged injection valves
- Software error
- Fault codes stored at the same time: ECM-P062D49, ECM-P062D48 or ECM-P062D04
What you can do
- 1With the ignition on, read the diagnostic status and fault status and check whether the fault is still active
- 2Check that the fuses are intact
- 3If the fault remains: have a workshop check the communication between the control modules
- 4Have a workshop check the injection valves and the engine control software
