What does this fault code mean?
The control module monitors the supply voltage to some of the engine's sensors. The code is set when that voltage is too low or too high, and the other fuel system fault codes should be dealt with first.
Possible causes
- Fault-trace according to the other fault codes for the fuel system
What you can do
- 1Read and clear the fault code and check whether it returns
- 2First correct the other fuel system fault codes, then read the fault code again
- 3Check whether the fault is still active with the ignition on
- 4If the fault remains after these checks, have a workshop check the control module's signals to the sensors
Symptoms you may notice1
- No noticeable symptoms for the driver
