What does this fault code mean?
The control module works out an optimal ignition angle and checks it at level 2. The code indicates a fault in the module's own processor watchdog, and the angle it has calculated is wrong.
Possible causes
- Damaged engine control module (ECM)
What you can do
- 1Read and clear the fault code, and test-drive to see whether it returns
- 2Look at the connectors to the control module for loose contacts and oxidation
- 3If the fault remains after these checks, have a workshop check the control module
