What does this fault code mean?
The module monitors the signal from its internal atmospheric pressure sensor. The code is set when that signal has stayed too high for a period. The fault lies in the control module, which is the damaged part.
Possible causes
- Damaged engine control module (ECM)
What you can do
- 1Read the code, note it and clear it. Then drive the car with the engine running and read again to see whether it returns
- 2Check that the fuses for the engine control are intact
- 3If the code returns, the module is faulty and needs replacing. Have a workshop do the replacement
