What does this fault code mean?
The code is event controlled and should be seen as information, not as a fault in the control module. It is set when the ISG auxiliary belt comes off, that is when the belt to the ISG unit has broken or come off.
Possible causes
- Damaged ISG auxiliary belt
What you can do
- 1Read the code with a diagnostic tool and see whether it is active or only stored
- 2Look at the ISG auxiliary belt for damage, wear or whether it has come off a pulley
- 3If the belt is damaged, have a workshop repair it and check that the code does not come back
