What does this fault code mean?
The fault concerns the screens in the rear seat. The rear seat entertainment control module (RSE), which is the DVD player, has not managed to make contact with one or both of the screens.
Possible causes
- One or both screens are not connected
What you can do
- 1Check that the fuses for the rear seat entertainment are intact
- 2Check that both screens are connected and that the connectors are secure and free of oxide
- 3Try the rear seat entertainment buttons or controls and see whether both screens show a picture
- 4With diagnostic equipment, read the rear seat entertainment parameters and see whether both screens are reported as connected
- 5If the fault remains, have a workshop check the connection to the screens
