What does this fault code mean?
The IAM unit tries to establish contact with the USB device and has not succeeded within a certain time. This may be due to a break in the signal wires, a USB accessory that is not compatible with the car, or a damaged module.

- Break in the signal wires
- Incompatible USB accessory
- Damaged integrated audio module (IAM)
What you can do
- 1Check that the fuses for the USB socket are intact
- 2Try a different USB accessory, preferably one you know works with the car
- 3With the ignition off, check the connections at the USB socket for contact resistance, play and oxidation
- 4Use a multimeter to check that the signal wires are not broken
- 5If the fault remains, have a workshop check the integrated audio module
- 6After the work, clear the fault code and check that the USB accessory works
