What does this fault code mean?
The integrated audio module (IAM) has detected an internal fault in itself when it starts up, and the fault concerns its data memory. You will notice saved locations in the navigation that cannot be stored or that disappear.
Possible causes
- Damaged integrated audio module (IAM)
What you can do
- 1Read the code, clear it and check whether saved locations remain after the car has been switched off and started again
- 2Check that the navigation fuses are intact; the location of each fuse is in the owner's manual or on the cover of the fuse box
- 3If the fault returns after reading and clearing it, have a workshop replace the integrated audio module (IAM)
