What does this fault code mean?
The infotainment control module (ICM) checks the internal supply voltage inside its own control module and has recorded a fault on it. The fault may be due to a defective control module, and the audio system does not work while the fault is active.
Possible causes
- Defective control module
- Damaged infotainment control module (ICM)
What you can do
- 1Read the code, clear it and check whether it returns after a test drive
- 2Check that the audio system fuses are intact; the location of each fuse is in the owner's manual or on the cover of the fuse box
- 3Have a workshop download the latest software to the infotainment control module (ICM) and check that it works
- 4If the infotainment control module still does not work, have a workshop replace it
