What does this fault code mean?
The infotainment control module (ICM) monitors the supply it provides to the screen and has found a voltage fault. The fault normally lies in the module, and the result is that the display stays dark.
Possible causes
- Faulty infotainment control module
- Poor contact in the display connector (with an intermittent fault)
What you can do
- 1Switch the ignition off and on and see whether the display starts
- 2Check the infotainment system fuse
- 3Clear the code; if the fault only appears now and then, a poor contact at the display may be the cause
- 4If the fault remains, the infotainment module needs checking and most likely replacing
