What does this fault code mean?
The infotainment control module (ICM) has recorded an internal fault within itself, and several infotainment functions may stop working as a result.
Possible causes
- Internal fault in the control module
- A fault inside the infotainment unit (ICM)
What you can do
- 1Read the code, clear it and check whether the infotainment functions work after a test drive
- 2Check that the infotainment system fuses are intact; fuse locations are listed in the owner's manual or on the cover of the fuse box
- 3Check that the connectors at the infotainment control module are secure and free from corrosion
- 4Have a workshop check the infotainment control module (ICM) with diagnostic equipment; if the fault is permanent, the workshop will replace it
