What does this fault code mean?
The software in the infotainment control module has not been fully downloaded, or it does not match the display or control module fitted in the car. The fault code is set in either case, and infotainment functions or the display may then stop working.
Possible causes
- Software download not fully completed
- The software and the display/control module are not compatible
What you can do
- 1Read the code, clear it and check whether it returns after a test drive
- 2Have a workshop check that the software loaded matches the display fitted in the car, graphic or alphanumeric
- 3Have a workshop reload the software into the infotainment control module (ICM) using diagnostic equipment
- 4If the fault remains after the reload, have a workshop replace the infotainment control module (ICM)
