What does this fault code mean?
A fault inside the infotainment unit (ICM) makes the infotainment system flash, and several of its functions stop working. Because the fault sits in the control module itself, that is the unit to check first.

- A fault inside the control module
- A fault inside the infotainment unit (ICM)
What you can do
- 1Read the code, clear it and check whether the infotainment system flashes again after a test drive
- 2Check the infotainment fuses; each fuse's location is in the owner's manual or on the cover of the fuse box
- 3Have a workshop check the infotainment control module (ICM) with diagnostic equipment
- 4If the fault is permanent, have a workshop replace the infotainment control module (ICM)
