What does this fault code mean?
The infotainment control module (ICM) has found an internal fault, and your settings for the infotainment system can disappear. The code concerns the ICM itself.
Possible causes
- Internal fault in the control module
- A fault inside the infotainment unit (ICM)
What you can do
- 1Read the code, clear it and check that the settings remain after a test drive
- 2If the settings disappear again, note which ones and pass the list to the workshop
- 3Have a workshop check the infotainment control module (ICM) with diagnostic equipment
- 4If the fault is permanent, have a workshop replace the infotainment control module (ICM)
