What does this fault code mean?

The infotainment control module (ICM) registers an open circuit in the cable to the display. The fault code is set when that break is found, and the display then does not light.

What you can do

1Read the code, clear it and check whether the display lights after a test drive
2Check the connectors to the display for loose or corroded contacts
3Look for chafing or damage on the cable to the display and use a multimeter to check that it is not broken
4If the break cannot be found, have a workshop check the infotainment control module (ICM) and the display with diagnostic equipment
